The Dubai Airshow which started today, November 17 2025, is bringing together over 1,500 leading global aerospace companies and more than 200 aircraft in flying and static displays at the Dubai World Central in the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates.

The show will go on till November 21, 2025.

The exhibitors have arrived from more than 115 countries. It is acting as a global hub for aerospace innovation, sustainable aviation, advanced air mobility and defence technology.

The US aropsace giant, Boeing, is showcasing the 777X with flying displays and cabin demos, alongside defence equipment like the F-15EX and CH-47 Chinook, while highlighting sustainability and technology ventures.

Moreover, Airbus is presenting its the A350-1000 demonstrating decarbonisation with sustainable aviation fuels and carbon reduction methods, along with the A321LR, aligning with the UAE’s net-zero goals.

India is participating with a pavilion featuring Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Defence Research and Development Organisation, and other indigenous defense technology firms, alongside 19 companies and 15 startups. The Indian Air Force presents the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team and LCA Tejas, and high-level talks seek to boost defence cooperation.

Russian state-owned entity Rosoboronexport is exhibiting Russia’s largest ever pavilion with over 850 defense products including the Su-57E fifth-generation fighter, Yak-130M trainer, Ka-52 helicopter, Pantsir-SMD-E air defense system, UAVs, and loitering munitions, aiming to expand defense partnerships.

One of the highlights of the event is its first-ever eVTOL flying display by Joby Aviation and includes commercial jet debuts like COMAC’s C919 and C929, supported by 12 conference tracks featuring more than 450 global speakers discussing aerospace’s future.
